Rocket Science

Haven't posted in a little while, so decided I'd give a semi-long update. Welp, we're definitely moving to Rancho Cucamonga now, regardless of whether or not our house sells within the year or not. We figured out a loan option that will still allow us to get into our new house, even if our current one hasn't sold yet. Speaking of our new house, here is what it looks like (artist's rendition):

Halloween was pretty fun: I dressed up as Cartman, from south park. Not only did I get dissed by some parents who thought I was too old to be trick-or-treating, but I also got a lot of love from some local high school kids in Rancho who just absolutely loved my costume. Let's see, what else is going on. Oh, well I am super excited about the new Harry Potter movie: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I've been checking Mugglenet multiple times each day to see if there have been any new updates. As of today, they just released a small clip from the movie, which is just AWESOME. Additionally, the actual trailer for Order of the Phoenix will be coming out tomorrow, in front of the WB movie Happy Feet.

Hmmm, what else. Oh, well I have been making a lot of good progress on my dissertation, in spite of just being utterly bogged down at work. I think it's entirely likely that I will graduate somewhere near the beginning or middle of next summer, 07. I am really excited!
